So we work with your favorite anime distributors & companies to help anime fans worldwide get their hands on the best anime merchandise out there ! All of our merchandise is selected by our team of anime fanatics with the latest anime trends & shows in mind. Our products are sourced from all over the world and are usually overstocked which is why we can give you the best deals on the Internet ! At heart we are a company built on love for anime & the anime community in which we hope to build a strong presence within . The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Our normal processing times take an additional 2–7 days aside from shipping times.

• US Premium Items Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for premium items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, DHL, Or UPS

• Other international shipping time: International deliveries may take longer depending on the country & individual customs. Please contact us for delivery estimates for international deliveries.

Please note that we experience delays during holidays so items can take longer to arrive.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of AnimeDistrict (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Animedistrict.us
*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Contact us if you need to exchange it for the same item.
